Billion Dollar Divorce
One of the largest divorces in US hostory has been decided today in Oklahoma. CEO Harold Hamm has been ordered to pay $995 million to his ex-wife, which is much less than what she has had asked for, still makes her one of the wealthiest women in a America according to Forbes. As in many states, under Oklahoma law, the enhancement of wealth that comes as a result of the efforts, skills or funds of either spouse is subject to "equitable distribution."
