Court Room Etiquette
When going to court, you should bear in mind that how you appear might account for as much as what you say. Bear in mind your behavior and your outwardly appearance is your opportunity to make a good impression. Do not roll your eyes at your ex or resort to name-calling. Using a cell phone and eating in court are also not permissible. Remember what ever you do no call the judge names or anger her by interrupting or being unruly. This could come back to bit you.
One Texas man completely ruined his run at making a good impression by trying to take a gun to court. This is after he tried to run over his soon to be ex. Good luck guy, you are going to need it in both family and criminal court.
