Divorce is difficult, but when you add to it the reality that your divorce will be followed by the media and there will be a custody battle for your unborn child, a really horrible drawn out divorce may be in the works. The beloved talk show host Sherri Shepherd is rumored to be heading for divorce. What makes the situation worse, she and her husband are expecting a child. Her husband is asking or full legal and physical custody of the unborn child as well as invalidating their prenup basked on grounds of fraud. This case has the makings of a very ugly divorce battle.
