Hot Dog Case

A ground breaking case is taking place in NY over the custody of a two year old. A daschsund named Toby. This little guy is going to set precedent in NY Courts as the first pet custody case. Both of Toby's moms want full custody but it is up to the Judge to decide who is the top dog.
